Our initial services would typically begin with a free on-site survey of the premises to determine the feasibility of implementing the Table Tender System. A table tap representative will then follow up with a sales proposal advising you on what type and how many of our products we feel would maximize the potential of the establishment. Once the customer has determined the size of the system and the location of the tables, a table tap representative will either meet with the designer of your choice to have the specifics of the tables made or Table Tap can design and manufacture the tables for you. We are literally a one stop shop, guiding you through the entire process from conception to operation. Table Tap sub-contracts their own licensed electrician to run wiring and have contacts with the best beer installation companies in the area to design the proper beer piping network. Table Tap will even organize your beer cooler for you and offers a new and improved line cleaning system available for purchase. A table tap representative will train servers and management as to the operation of the system in accordance with responsible drinking practices.

Once the TableTender™ System is up and running our customers subscribe to a monthly fee which embodies a fee for maintenance of the system, a software licensing fee and can include a line cleaning fee. Table Tap feels that line cleaning is a vital part of the TableTender™ System. By outsourcing the line cleaning to local trained beer installation companies, Table Tap can ensure quality control of their beer taps. Therefore, as part of our monthly fees, line cleaning can be included. We also have a 24 hour response time policy for all service calls.
